Leonardo Sbarigia got the first professional win at the Dreamland Professional Classic. Sbarigia, the 27-year-old from Rome shot rounds of 68, 66, 67 on the par 72 Dreamand Championship course for a total of 201, 15 Under Par to take the title by one stroke from Englishman Andrew Jones, who finished with 14 Under Par for the tournament. Leo took the lead on the back nine of the final round and never let go, attacking the course including a winning birdie on the 18th hole which secured his maiden professional victory. In third place was Austrian Florian Praegant (203, -13). In fourth place with 204 (-12) was Christopher Sahlstorm from Sweden.

With this win Leonardo not only secured his first win as a professional, but also won the Mediterranean Tour Winter Series and a spot at the D+D Czech Challenge later on in the year.
