A processing fee of €100 will be charged for cancellations made 30 days or more before the event. There will be no refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of the event, although substitutions may be permitted.
Notice of cancellation must be made via e-mail to email@example.com. A cancellation acknowledgement will be sent within 3 working days and fees refunded within 15 working days, subject to this Refund Policy.
Note that circumstances beyond the control of the Tournament organizers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of Events. Therefore, MedTour reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised Golf Events if necessary. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on the Mediterranean Tor web site as soon as possible.
Where MedTour offers a non-tangible irrevocable services we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished.
As a player you are responsible for understanding this refund policy upon purchasing any product or services at our web site. However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the product or services we provide.
THEREFORE, WE DO HONOR REQUESTS FOR REFUND WHERE THE FOLLOWING REASONS APPLY:
1. If there is are cancellation or alterations to advertised events. In this case a full refund will be applied with a processing fee of €100 applied. NOTE: In the case of event cancellation, then Mediterranean Tour will only be responsible for package refunds. We are unable to provide refund for other costs incurred such as Air Tickets and other third party costs.
2. In the event of Player injury, if the player can provide evidence of injury prior to the events, then again the Mediterranean Tour will provide a full refund if this is reported 30 days prior to the event. If the injury is within the 30 days period, then the Mediterranean Tour will only be able to refund 50% of payment made to Mediterranean Tour. NOTE: any refund requests for injury will need to be accompanied by a valid and verified Doctors Certificate.

Requests for a refund are accepted within the period of 1 week after the order is placed. You should accompany this request with detailed and grounded reasons why you are applying for a refund.
Registration is not complete until 40% of payment has been received. Payment may be made by Cash, Visa, MasterCard or Bank Transfer with the submission of a completed registration form. The remainder is payable in cash upon registration at the venue before the first event. This is mandatory for players to participate in the events.
